AYM 4 CHRIST focuses on fostering good Catholic-Christian values. We meet most Sundays from 6:30 pm to 8pm, after the Youth mass, which is dedicated to the young people of our wonderful parish !! That mass is also the mass where the ever-popular AYM 4 CHRIST Youth Choir ministers to the community with beautiful music, led by musician/composer/artist Kathleen Estrella !!
AYM 4 CHRIST also focuses on the spiritual journey of our youth, as we believe that it is a crucial part of one's personal faith development. We strive to model good examples for the youth and young-at-heart of OLA. Through Activities, Games, Prayer, Eucharistic Adoration, as well as Athletic Competitions, Community Service, Cultural Gatherings, and Parish-Wide celebrations, we hope to share with our parish the undeniable power of God's Love.
Led by Father David, our very own "Superhero", and our new priest Father Luis, our goal is to go out into the world to spread the Gospel and Love of God.
AYM 4 CHRIST Mission Statement
Our mission is to provide a safe and positive place where Youth are encouraged to grow in their faith through integrated Catechesis, inspired Prayer and Worship, are called to opportunities of Evangelization and Justice and Service, are given tasks to Develop Leadership Skills to mentor other Youth, are called to be Advocates to those who cannot speak for themselves, and are challenged to live lives that reflect the face of Christ through proactive Pastoral Care events. OLA Youth are commissioned to generously share their Time, Talent, and Treasure; gifts given to them freely by the Holy Spirit through their Baptism, so that they may positively impact Community Life by living richly in faith, as ambassadors of hope, embracing and embraced by God's Love.
