We at AYM focus on fostering good Catholic-Christian values in the people and young people that we work with. We meet most Sundays at 6:30 p.m., after OLA's AYM 4 Christ Youth mass, which is dedicated to the young people of our wonderful parish !! That mass is also the mass where the ever-popular OLA Youth Choir ministers to the community with beautiful music, led by musician/composer/artist Kathleen Estrella !!

We at AYM focus on the spiritual journey of our youth, as we believe that it is a crucial part of one's personal faith development, and we strive to model good examples for the youth and young-at-heart of OLA. Through Activities, Games, Prayer, Eucharistic Adoration, as well as Athletic Competitions, Community Service, Cultural Gatherings, and Parish-Wide celebrations, we hope to share with our parish the undeniable power of God's Love. 

Led by Father David, our very own "Superhero", our goal is to go out into the world to spread the Gospel and Love of God.

Our mission is to provide a safe and positive place where Youth are encouraged to grow in their faith through Integrated Catechesis, Inspired Prayer and Worship, are called to opportunities of Justice and Service, are given tasks to develop Leadership Skills to mentor other Youth, are called to be Advocates to those who cannot speak for themselves, and are challenged to live lives that reflect the face of Christ. OLA Youth are commissioned to generously share their Time, Talent, and Treasure; gifts given to them freely by the Holy Spirit through their Baptism, so that they may positively impact the lives of others by living richly in faith, as ambassadors of Hope, embracing and embraced by God's Love.

AYM 4 Christ's Web Site is currently undergoing some minor tinkering and changes!

We now will have a new look, as well as updated Team Members' Biographies, and blogs starting up. Also:

 AYM 4 CHRIST is becoming TWITTERPATED !! Some of our AYM 4 Christ Core Team Members are now goign to be beginning to use the social resource, Twitter, to send current status, info, ideas, prayers, and general whatevers to our "About Us" page here on our site! Just scroll down to a Leaders' profile, and look at their latest Tweet !! OLA is going green, so please remember not to be wasteful !!

 There will be NO AYM this coming Sunday, May 10th, due to the overwhelming number of absences because of Mother's Day. See you guys next week !!

Our AYM 4 Christ Core Teams consist of very dedicated people, who come from many different places and experiences, and are focused on doing a good job of ministering their faith to the young people of OLA.
